Our programs are designed to meet specific curriculum expectations. All programs have an outdoor component, and many can be used to fulfill Daily Physical Activity requirements. Our programs also help to foster character development in children.
Programs can be customized to meet specific needs, or to cover specific topics. Please note any special needs, or specific topics you would like us to focus on when you book your programs.

School Registration Information
Each program is half a day in duration. We recommend that you choose two programs to make a full day at the Arboretum for grades one and up. All programs have many participatory activities to keep the students interested and involved. The students should be suitably dressed for outdoor activities (i.e. comfortable shoes, raincoats, hats and mittens, etc.).

Booking policies
*Each class/group is considered a seperate booking. Each class/group booked will be charged for a minimum of 20 students. NOTE: If this is a problem for your group please contact us; we may be able to help.
*Your visit is not considered confirmed until you have recieved written confirmation by fax or email. Please double check the information in the confirmation letter to ensure it is correct. If you do not recieve this confirmation by the day following booking or calling to modify your booking, or if the information in it is incorrect please contact us.
*Please notify us by noon the day prior to your trip of any changes in the number of students you are bringing. Otherwise, your minimum bill will be for the number of students booked.
*Cancelations must be made fifteen business days in advance of the event date otherwise the cost of 80% of the total number of students booked will be charged. You may confirm your booking by email or by phone.
*If the group cannot attend at its scheduled date/time, every effort will be made to re-schedule the trip during the school year. If that is not possible, notice of a cancellation must be received no less than fifteen business days prior to the scheduled visit.

Getting to the Centre
We are located at 205 Humber College Blvd.
Humber Arboretum is also accessible by TTC and wheelchair transit. Traveling on public transit not only saves money and reduces carbon emissions, it can also be a valuable experience for students in the city.
